Service agreement

Omni API provides asynchronous AI generation, routing, and billing. The public API stays consistent, but no particular upstream provider is guaranteed.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for securing your account and API keys. Requests made with a key count toward the account's usage and balance unless that key is disabled or revoked in the console.

Billing

A job reserves balance at its price snapshot, charges after success, and releases after failure. Top-ups, refunds, and manual adjustments are governed by the immutable ledger.

Acceptable use

You may not generate unlawful content, infringe rights, bypass safety restrictions, attack the service, or deliberately exhaust upstream resources through repeated requests.

Availability

Multi-channel routing improves resilience but does not guarantee absolute availability. Unknown submission states wait conservatively to avoid duplicate creation across providers.
