Data we process

To provide Omni API, we retain account details, API keys, request parameters, job states, generated-result URLs, usage, balance ledger entries, and necessary security logs. Upstream provider keys are visible only to super administrators.

Use and retention

We use data for authentication, routing, job lookup, billing, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Jobs and financial ledger entries are retained for operational and compliance needs; revoked keys cannot be used for new requests.

Third-party processing

Generation requests are sent to the AI provider carrying the job. The public API does not promise a particular provider, and providers may change with health and operational configuration.

Security

User API keys and upstream credentials are stored with reversible encryption and looked up using independent fingerprints. Do not submit personal or confidential information you are not authorized to process.
